Sarawak Kuching Grand Margherita Hotel with free high tea buffet

Looking for hotel at Kuching city? Or still considering for a trip to Sarawak? I have two choices (stay two hotels in my 5 days 4 nights) for you. Both were decided after read through many reviews and their location. The other is "Ranee Boutique Suites".

Grand Margherita Hotel

*Tip: Margherita cost much more for weekends. If you getting different hotels, choose this for weekdays.

One of the many reasons, i chose this hotel, was the view of Grand Margherita was fabulous (photo below). Remember to request for this river view. We have enough of city tall building right?

Point 1 is location of Grand Margherita hotel along Sungai Sarawak River.

What you will see in front of hotel

Huge lobby space

Glance out from the lobby is the swimming pool

A lounge with Live Band

More interested on the hotel room? It's neat and big. Furniture kind of old, but working well.

Bathroom sit a bathtub. Toilet bowl install with a auto-water spray. 

Not all hotels come with *FREE Internet Wifi. Here you enjoy it.

I stay on the fifth floor (Executive Club). It costed SGD75 for a night which include gst and tax.

*I should have asked for 10th floor

This is the surprise for my stay. There was a throw in of *FREE high tea buffet. 

Note that entitlement only for Executive Club room. The food served was yummy. 

Surprise after surprise. Free flow of coffee/tea, Can drink, beer and even wine. 

Are you getting excited? The snacks for two day was different. 

The lounge for high tea is on the same level and with wonderful backdrop. 

You can rest and relax for TV show sipping your wine.

*Breakfast was included. Actually its you who choose and pay for it. 

The breakfast spreads was acceptable. 

Usually i go for section like Oats, cakes, fruits and omelette.

Not forgetting the peaceful well equip gym.
