Kaohsiung Cijin island Beach, Cihou Fort Lighthouse, Seaside and market

When you at Kaohsiung, this should be the place you must visit. It nearest MRT station -Sizihwan station. Walk about 7 mins, you would arrive to Ferry Pier for a 10 mins ride to Cijin Island. We spent almost 5 hours there because we ride bicycle (instead of e-bike), and missed the turning point. But it was a nice scenery and blessing in disguise to catch the amazing sunset.

NT40/pax for one way. Add another NT40, if you riding in your motorbike. 

You can rent at the island which cost about same including ferry price.

Ferry leaving from here. Journey only 7 to 10 mins.

The Cihou Lighthouse was closed on Monday. 

So we went to the fort on the left (Free).

Cijin Shell

Cijin Windmill Park. 

You have to make a U-turn to get back. Like us, if you keep cycled ahead, will take you quite far, 

and you have to cycle back , as need return bicycle. The scenery was beautiful.

You could see this was a long straight path to the other end.

By the time we return was almost 530pm, and we got to see this awesome sunset.

The night here fall early. By 6 pm will be dark. 

We tried this stall dessert which was nice, after returned bicycle. 

The rental stall closed at 6pm.
