This should be the best way to-and-fro from Ho Chi Minh City to Vung Tau.
Surprisingly, VIP Limo took lesser time than Greenline fast speed ferry. We set off at 12:15 and reached at around 14:30.

We got a refunded when our ride was cancelled. Blessing in disguise, we had the chance to take VIP limo back Ho Chi Minh City.
We only stay for a night. When we were told ride cancelled, there was this Grab driver wanting to bring us to catch VIP Limo. Below was where he dropped us. It's just about 5mins drive away.

Understand from him the departure time was every 1/2 hour and cost 200k per person. It was cheaper than the ferry. After an hour for our ride, there was a 15mins toilet break. The limo (it's a coach) was very spacious and more comfortable than the ferry.
