Observe the world: Day 3 Pantai Cenang

After Berjaya Beach Resort, the rest are not booked online. No risk no gain. There are all sorts of resort and hotel at Langkawi. I have stayed at Kuah (east), Berjaya (west) and next planned to stay around Cenang (south).

Last night (Day 2), we drove toward Pantai Cenang for dinner and hunt for our Day 3 lodging. We park over (map mark 1) at the junction restaurant for dinner. Along the way to Pantai Cenang, you can see many seafood restaurants. You are definitely spoilt for choice. But you may have problem finding a slot (parallel parking) to park as the street is well alive at night. These are prices (below) for your reference.

There was this spine-chilling experience to share with you. While driving back around 10pm, it started to rain cat & dog. A lady in white wave at me hastily under the rain, suppose to ask me give her a lift....... okay be serious. Sorry to disappoint, not a ghost story.

Yes it suddenly rained extremely heavy. I could not see anything ahead. No street light, only occasion sudden vehicle headlights flying in the air on a two-way street. I remembered i was driving so slow sometime not like moving. I could not judge well and trying very hard to stay on my lane. And it was on the winding road at Pantai Kok. You may asked why i don't stop and wait for rain to slow down before moving on. Unless cars behind allow me. Even with road shoulder, i could not see. There was also this time, a cow in color of black cross the road. OMG. Couldn't be so bad. Fortunately, no accident happened. My message is do drive careful in a country we not familiar. Langkawi used to have cow crossing the road (i saw once they dash across). Also be careful at this winding road @Pantai Kok, i saw two accidents on the same spot on different day driving into the drain while turning. So it really not safe when you ride motorbike when rain.

Day 3: Awake 8am, so early.......where can you go? What can you do? Take it easy! Don't have to dash here and there. Berjaya Beach Resort have it all. Have a jog around the beautiful rainforest. Go for a swim at the awesome pool facing the sea. Take your breakfast at the beach. This is a relaxing holiday, loosen up.

Check out at noon. We drove to nearby oriental village for lunch. Booked ticket (package) for Sky Cab + 3D museum. Let me walk you through to decide you want them or move on with other activity.

These are some taken inside 3D museum. I should say it was quite a unique experience. You will unquestionably roll on the floor when view again hahaha.

Below is the entrance for SkyCab and ticket counter. During my visit, the sky-bridge was under renovation. Frankly, without that, i still did not disappoint. This is #2 attraction from tripadvisor.

On the way up. These raindrop create different perspective, sense and feel, especially compare with those others had taken. It just like our life, do not be dishearten by bad event you been through. It the experience we pick up walking through our life. We start our life with nothing, we bring nothing, and we leave with nothing. Our life is like "Moving around the world"

Resort World Langkawi (RWL). It's very easy to drive around Langkawi. RWL is right at the end of main road. They provide shuttle bus to Cenang mall every 2-3 hours. It's about 10-15 mins drive to Cenang mall which is near Underwater world. RWL provide bicycle for rent. They have a very huge compound. Carpark also enormous.

The view is stunning at RWL. Place is very peaceful.

Day 3 ended with a night stay at Rasa Senang Chalet. I prefer "The Cabin" which is just opposite this chalet across the road, but this night was full. Rasa was alright, tidy and clean, but with the price comparable, i would definitely take the later. (Rasa RM150 & Cabin RM160). You will agree just by looking at my photos below.
