Address: 160-164, Wellington Street, Central, Hong Kong.
Either alight MTR at Sheung Wan or Hong Kong Central, both look about same distance and we chose the later. Exit D2, come out to Queen's Road Central, and you will see Mc Donald. You will need to walk direction of uphill.
There is this Central Mid-level escalator. Watch out for Wellington Street!
Finally we found! Old? Building not me!
Wow so crowded!!! You will not find seat if you have no intention to share table.
What i have learned was cannot be gentle or humble in this restaurant. You will be left sitting whole day still hungry. The dim sum was served in old school style - Push Cart. People will start to snake behind when cart was wheeled out. And all dishes were covered so it's very difficult to choose what you wanted. The advise was just grab whatever was there in the cart. Overall the food were above average. Could be that i was hungry after the "workout" (3.75/5).
All these were along Wellington street.
Another famous street Michelin was this dessert stall (Jia Jia) near our last day EverGreen hotel.
You can exit from A of Jordan MTR.
Address: 121, Parkes Street, Jordan Hong Kong.
The desserts we tried were great "Green Bean Sweet Soup with Lili Bulb" and "Sago in Taro Puree with Lotus Seed", both HKD17. The taste unique from other desserts and not too sweet. (4.75/5)
I would give Evergreen hotel a thumb up. It's way much better than Lee Garden GuestHouse. Considering that Sat night of Lee Garden was more expensive than the Sunday night of Evergreen. The lobby smell great. Room and bathroom were larger and nicer. Bathroom even has bathtub. The ambient was great, especially it was after stay over at Lee Garden.
They said cannot leave HK without trying their Roast Goose or meats. My Suckling Pig! Marvelous!!! Where is this stall? I cannot remembered and i didn't even Google for best Roast meats, as i believed most/all stalls should satisfied your palate.
By the way, the shop name is "Roast Cha Siew King"
