The Istana Grounds is open to the public during celebration of Chinese New Year, Deepavali, Hari Raya Puasa, Labour Day and National Day. Singaporean favourite attires (Bermudas and slippers) are allow. Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents are free entry. Visitors just need to surrender SGD$2.00.
