The stress of travel for long hours flight may take a toll on our skin, especially for those who fly a lots. Our skin usually will feel dehydrated or acne flare up and even eczema.
You may try these to feel good and fresh while travelling:
1. Moisturise - Apply more moisturiser the night before your flight. It help to increase hydration before exposed to the dyhydration effects of cabin pressure. Misting face with mineral water helps to refresh it. Applying moisturiser on a damp face is even better. Not forgetting, your lip balm as well. You can also apply eye serum that target puffiness or even an eye mask and use under your eyes shades while sleeping.
2. Speck oily skin - Use oil absorb paper and speck oily areas as often as necessary. This will remove the shine without stripping skin of its moisture.
3. Avoid makeup or keep minimal - allow your skin to breathe. Try only use moisturiser on flight. Do your makeup when arrive.
4. Hydrate - Drink plenty of water and avoid tea/coffee/alcohol which dehydrate you.
5. Go for simple and healthy food - Take fruits and (raw) veggie which filled with water and antioxidants.
