Malaysia Langkawi top best hotel resort review

Malaysia Langkawi has all sort of hotel and resort. Hotel resort hopping could also be an itinerary. 
There are some to search for their MUST TRY savory food, while others look for MUST GO relaxing Spa. What about those with nice beaches? Exclusive location? Decent price? Modern architecture? Magnificent environment? 

Divided Langkawi to the following area may help to get familiar, since they are located all around. Where you intend to stay? Anyhow you can see it took less than three hours to drive around. 


Let you have a trip from bottom right (1) anti-clockwise to (7)



1.Kuah (largest Town)

Beautiful and wonderful resort best for couple

4 Stars tall hotel beside Langkawi Parade Shopping Mall.




2.Tanjung Rhu

A.Tanjung Rhu Resort  
This a quiet place which near to mangrove tour

B.Langkawi Primrose Seaview  
Beside the famous Scarborough Fish & Chips with beach front

C.Labu Labi Residence 
Scarborough Fish & Chips was between Labu Labi and Primrose.




3.Datai

The Datai Langkawi
I was there 2015 and took few photos. The place was really peaceful


4.Jalan Pantai Kok

A.Berjaya Langkawi Resort 
This resort very near to Cable car for Sky bridge.

I went to their "The Beach Grill" for wonderful lunch and took some nice photos.

6.Pantai Cenang 

Really one of the best stars. 

B. Adya Hotel (express)
Adya has a new express hotel at Cenang, which just opposite Best Star. The old one was at Kuah.

C. Mercure Langkawi Cenang 
I was there for their Lunch Buffet

D. Rasa Cenang Chalet 
Have stayed in this resort in 2015.

It was beside Rasa Cenang, but they cannot survive and have closed.

E. Arch Studio Cenang   (Pantai Cenang)
Beautiful boutique hotel which was opposite Underwater World.

F. Delta Chenang Resort   
I think this looks like Chalet, that located beside restaurant "The Cliff" and its beach front.





7.Pantai Tengah

I wanted to try this hotel, but on that day only left one room which by the entrance, ground floor and without window. 

B. Aloft Langkawi  
This area Pantai Tengah have few online recommended Spa. I visited them HERE.

Aloft Langkawi & Lot 33 Boutique Hotel at Pantai Tengah

Langkawi during Oct-2022 

These were those few top reviews hotel around Pantai Tengah.

Lot 33 Boutique hotel looks like a detached house converted hotel. We were there intended to try one night, but only left one room at ground floor without window, and near the gate. In end, we chose Arch Studio Cenang (no regrets).

Aloft looks like a usual hotel.
