Pokhara to Chitwan National Park and Chitwan to Kathmandu Thamel by Tourist Bus

From Pokhara to Chitwan National Park:

This will be the first long hours journey by bus in Nepal.
Yes indeed. (Fortunately, we don't have to walk)

Road will be extremely jerky.
Yes indeed. (Fortunately, the seats were cushion)

Road for two-way directions was extremely narrow.
Yes indeed. (Fortunately, our bus did not break down)

The journey will be very dusty
Yes Indeed. (Fortunately, the weather was cool)

In life, it is good to be appreciative of what we have then complained of what we do not have!
Everyday is a learning day!

Bus terminal at Pokhara
We were given last row. Try book early or request for middle row seats especially when
road is bumpy. Bus without aircon. Anyway it's winter so weather was cool. 
The journey was dusty so window will be closed during the trip. I heard that summer
most passengers be sweating and frustrated.

*Remember to bucket your seat belt when bus moving. It was so bumpy that i knocked my
head on the roof, as last row seat was higher and my body longer. 

Could you see how tight the space for two-way traffic. 
We rely on these experience skillful driver. 


No heavy traffic to Chitwan. Reached around 12pm. 
Considered quite fast about 5 hours with few road repairing in processed. 


From Chitwan National Park to Kathmandu:


 This time not so fortunate. As you could see, bumper to bumper, and condition
of the road. The road was so tight on two-way direction.

 Everyone was more patient as the weather was cool.

There was road repairing further down and was blocked. Everyone got out to watch
and took break. Some started to make arrangement with their agents as we do not
know when we could get over. 

  Looks like this happened quite regularly as they could see business opportunity.

 Fortunately, good news came, and took us 10hrs to hit Kathmandu. 
In life, we don't know what will happened. Learn and take every opportunity as it strike.
Be patient when it's beyond our control.
