Manila city historical sites, Fort Santiago, Intramuros, Binondo Chinatown

This will be our one day Manila City tour. Planned to walk around historical sites and Chinatown. Grab a taxi to Fort Santiago to begin.

Fort Santiago is one of the most important site in Manila history. 
It's way back into world war century. I been to Cebu Fort San Pedro
so i did not went in Fort Santiago. 

We walked around historical sites at Santiago and Intramuros (aka Walled City),
then cross Pasig River to Chinatown (Binondo).



Manila Cathedral - It features a magnificent cupola, stained glass windows and mosaics, 
and restored walls from the earlier cathedral destroyed in 1945. 

Saw few Street Arts. 


Erm.......

Casa Manila Intramuros Museum will be for you, if you interested in Spanish colonial lifestyle,
with their antique furnishings and decorative objects.

 Outdoor courtyard with this captivating fountain.

 San Agustin Church and Museum were nearby.

There were cafe and restaurant within these walls of Intramuros. 

Grab driver..... any hitch?

Will we see this sort of architecture in Spain now?

Binondo district also known as Chinatown is the oldest Chinatown (1594) in the world.


Famous "Eng Bee Tin" Golden Pork Floss Hopia. 




When i was there, still Chinese New Year 2018, so certain shops were closed.

Searched online and one of the recommended was Manosa



The way to know what to try was followed what others ordered.
Sorry to say, not really what i liked.
