Greenbelt at Makati is owns by Ayala Malls. There are mix of high end retail shops,
restaurants, cinema, and a lovely park (photo) in between walk-way.
I took the point-to-point transport (RRCG) and dropped outside
this teahouse/opposite The Eton Residence.

When i was there, the train breakdown, not in service. I turned to Grab taxi, as was not
informed duration the service to resume.

Across the street, you will get to Bonifacio High Street (Bonifacio Global City -BGC)
Modern city with interesting artworks around corner of walls.
