Nowadays, if you could be found on the first page when google search, your business should be great. Heard that Vung Tau famous for their seafoods. Then definitely our dinner (only at Vung Tau for one night) will be seafoods.
We were spoilt for choices, eventually we ended with "Nha Hang Thanh Phat III".
We started from Ho May Cable Car terminal. If we were to go from Hotel D'Melin, it would take about 20mins journey. We chose to ride along the coast - Simple and Easy!
Seafood fried rice was nice. The crunchiness (not sure which ingredient) tasted great. Portion was big even for small plate ordered.
This you MUST try if you love oysters. One of the best I have eaten.
There were different style of cooking these prawns. Fortunately, we ordered this, which have yet to try before. Sort of like Sashimi. The prawns head were dismantled, very fresh & crunchy. I could suck out the "eggs". The body was half raw and to be dip with chili (mixed of sour/sweet/spicy) prepared.
Steamed fish was fresh and mixed with much Veges and light sauce soup.
Really a great tasty food experience!
